The shipping was prompt and the tubing was packaged nicely as not to get damaged during transport. It's a 50' roll of 3/8" copper refrigeration tubing which means it's thinner walled than the regular soft copper you buy for water supply lines, so the 3/8" measurement is the outside of the tubing not the inside, it's actually about 5/16" inside diameter. Be careful when ordering fittings for this tubing as it's smaller in diameter than most 3/8" copper fittings, you'll need to make sure you order fittings that are 3/8" ID. For my purposes (a immersion chiller for cooling boiling wort) this was exactly what I wanted.
